I have previewed tomorrow’s card at Wetherby and created a Place 6 syndicate over at Colossus.
Leg 1: 14.10 - Download The tote App Maiden Hurdle (GBB Race)
UP FOR PAROL shaped with plenty of encouragement when fourth on hurdles debut in January. That was a strong race for the grade and being the stables only runner on the card who boast an excellent strike-rate at this venue, he’s fancied to find the improvement to open his account.
Tips: UP FOR PAROL
Leg 2: 14.45 - BoscaSports Racings Digital Display Novices' Handicap Chase
This looks a good opportunity for ROLLERRULER to finally get off the mark in this discipline now eased in grade. His six-length second behind First Flow at Carlisle is undoubtedly the strongest form on offer and a reproduction of that performance would certainly make him tough to beat.
Leg 3: 15.15 - Wilmot-Smith Memorial Mares' Maiden Hurdle (GBB Race)
HUNNY MOON has finished runner-up all 3 starts over hurdles, particularly when second in a more competitive race than this last time out. She sets the standard on that form and should outclass today’s moderate opposition.
Tips: HUNNY MOON
Leg 4: 15.50 - Sixt Car Hire Handicap Chase
ZALVADOS deservedly got off the mark over fences at Doncaster 5 weeks ago and although that form hasn’t worked out all that great, he has to be high on the shortlist. I would recommend choosing OSCAR ROBERTSON has an alternative. He retains potential in this sphere and should be thereabouts.
Tips: ZALVADOS, OSCAR ROBERTSON
Leg 5: 16.20 - Join Racing TV Now Handicap Hurdle
CHTI BALKO would probably prefer softer ground but he does boast good form on good, particularly when hitting an RPR of 146 when third at Haydock in 2019 off 144. He is only 2Ib higher than when scoring by 26-lengths in December and Theo Gillard takes off a handy 5Ib. He’s the class act in today’s field and has been underestimated by most bookmakers. Of the rest, PAY THE PIPER is two from two under rules and another bold showing is on the cards.
Tips: CHTI BALKO, PAY THE PIPER
Leg 6: 16.50 - tote.co.uk Handicap Chase
HANG TOUGH has continued to improve and remains handily weighted on today’s terms. He shouldn’t be far away, while EATON MILLER is on a hat-trick bid and should go well despite being hit with an 8Ib rise since last time.
Tips: HANG TOUGH, EATON MILLER
