I have not sent many emails for some time or posted on the blog for a while also, a lot of comms have been within the HRR discord server. Members are fully aware of a monumental piece of work I am carrying out in building a new rating calculation for every;

1. Race Track

2. Code (All Weather, Flat, Jumps)

3. Race Type (Handicap, Non-Handicap)

4. Race Category (Novices, Maiden, Hurdle, Chase, Seller, etc.)

5. Race Class (Grade 1, Group 1, Listed Race etc)

This work is underway and progressing steadily my aim is to complete it by October/November, with tracks updated once completed on a regular basis.

You may or may not recall, that I posted some time ago a desire for the service to become a free one.

I am now setting a timeline for the Horse Race Ratings Service to become free in September 2023.

The only cost will be for a Pro Licence (£10 per month or £120 Annually) to maintain Pro Builder access, through Power BI and a very small service fee for admin of that built into the £10/£120.

Therefore the service will be cut down to two membership types Pro Builder (as it currently stands with Power Bi System Saver & Data extract capability) & Pro Online (which is viewable & interactive but with no system saving or no date extract capability)

I have chosen September 2023 as it ties in with the Betting Syndicate Seasons, which are in profit again doing, Pro syndicate doing particularly well

a. The Pro Syndicate is 40% in Profit give or take a % or two.

b. and the final season (5) of the First Syndicate is just below 10% in profit for this season.

I will be sending an email out at end of this week to the Betting Syndicate Members around renewals, transferring from Standard to Pro Syndicate and withdrawals, etc. So the 12month countdown begins to a free service and I aim to post a bit more regularly with updates on progress.
