HRR Pro Rating Upgrade Adjustment for All Weather

Hi All,

There was an issue regarding the Forecasted Odds (HRROdds)
 
 I have now rectified this and updated the All Weather Pro Ratings accordingly.
 
 This update will be reflected in the Ratings for 27 February 2024, and all historic ratings for All Weather have been updated.
